Winner receives Great Lakes National berth and top 3 teams qualify for Class “C” State Tournament.  Note: If 16 teams or more, 2 National berths and 4 State berths will be awarded. National Homerun Rule  - 2 Homeruns per game and no penalty for excessive homeruns, just an out. The player may be substituted for and the substitute will be permitted to bat. Teams that participate in any higher-class event will automatically receive double the National Ranking points. All Northern and Central, IL roster additions, deletions and tournament confirmations to Mike Peura and Southern IL to Norm Faulkner. Teams must play in the State and National Tournament to be eligible to participate in the World Tournament.

Teams may qualify for the World Tournament in 4 ways: At Large, State Tournament Champion, Point System or Windy City Major Invitational.
