These teams have qualified for the USSSA World Series but each team must have their Entry Form, Entry Fee of $400 and completed roster with all required signatures received by Brenda Paulson 2 weeks prior to the World Series to guarantee entry into the World Series.  Teams not completing the documentation will not be admitted. Any other documentation regarding that World Series tournament must be sent direct to the World Series Tournament Director.  This includes, passes, player waivers, hotel info, etc.
