In House All Star League/Team (Class C) - This program is limited to any In House League player/team or All Star League team/players that has not played in a National sanctioned association’s tournament program during the current season. No travel or club ball players allowed. This is a recreational type program.  

The State Championship will be played in Rockford/Loves Park on July 21-22 at Harlem Sports Complex on Forest Hills Road in Loves Park, IL.  10/11/12/13/14/15/16 and 18 & under age groups will be offered. We will try to keep the age groups separated but this will be determined by the number of entries. Limited to 20 player roster and continuous batting order for rostered players, except 16U. No new inning starts after 1 hour and 20 minutes. All rosters must be added to the www.usssa.com web site at least one week prior to the State Tournament.  Playing rules and tournament rules will be posted on this website. Entry fee is $350 for the 4 game guarantee.  State Championship Awards include; All State Tournament Team, Most Valuable Player, Most Valuable Pitcher, Best Defensive Player and individual awards to the Champions and Runners-up.
